What is this off-white, spreadable, delicious & creamy goodness? You have the questions and we have the anwsers!
White Canadian honey isn’t as popular as regular honey, in fact not alot of people know about it and how its made. We want to make white honey as popular as regular honey. White Canadian honey is usually wildflower honey and clover honey. These honey’s have a milder taste, but still have a delicate sweetness, just like our white honey. White honey starts off as liquid and less creamy. It naturally crystallizes to a smooth, creamy white texture that’s thick and spreadable.

How does the honey become white and spreadable?
Our honey is collected from our honey bees and goes through a natural crystallization process. This process takes around 3-4 weeks. Once the honey crystallizes it becomes completely solid and turns into an off white color. We take the these crystals and ground them into a fine powder. These crystals are then blended together with our other liquid honey. The honey is then left to sit as it creates a crystallization reaction. The end result gets the most creamy, delectable, rich white honey you will ever taste. Our honey is then bottle and capped and of course shipped off to our wonderful customers.
What are the benefits?
White Honey has great health benefits. It is loaded with antioxidants, which are great for fighting off diseases and strengthening your immune system. It also helps with digestive health. You can add our honey to enhance your tea, add to desserts & other recipes, DIY remedies or you can just eat it right off the spoon!
